I am an actor and dancer who has been studying and teaching the Alexander Technique in London, England for the last 6 years. I joined a ballet company at 13, received a B.A. in Drama from UC Irvine, and a Master’s in Shakespeare and Classical Acting from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts.

My Alexander teacher training began at the Carrington founded Constructive Teaching Centre in London and concluded at the Alexander Teacher Training School run by Anthony Kingsley. I consider myself lucky to have learned AT from a wide variety of practitioners and believe this has made me a well-rounded Alexander teacher. I’ve been privileged to help and work with dancers, actors, artists, students, athletes and business professionals.
